7. What is MLB.com's blackout policy?

All live games are subject to blackout and other restrictions. Please click here to learn more.

8. I understand MLB.com's blackout policy and think that I might be blacked out in error, what do I do next?

If you believe you are receiving the blackout message in error, please call our Customer Support toll free in the U.S. and Canada at (866) 800-1275 for further assistance.

Note: If you are traveling and are accessing the Internet through your company's VPN connection (or other secure network connection), you might be getting a blackout message because your company's host IP Address is within the restricted range for the game that you are trying to access. In this case, we suggest that you try the following: log off your company's VPN connection (or other secure network connection) and access the Internet through a local connection. If you feel that you are still being blacked out incorrectly, please call our dedicated traveler line to speak with a Customer Service representative at 1-888-632-5048.

9. How do I access my MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription (how do I choose home or away feeds)?

To find the day's schedule of LIVE games, go to the home page of MLB.com, pull down the Audio & Video menu and click on the Multimedia Guide. If you wish to access on-demand games (archives), simply click the tab at the top of the page labeled On Demand.

Once the game broadcast begins, there will be a yellow Live icon LIVE next to the radio station call letters. Your subscription grants you access to both home and away feeds. Click on the radio station link of the call of your choice. This will open your media player and begin the audio broadcast.

Once the game is completed it will be archived and there will be an Archive icon Archive next to the audio link (usually within thirty minutes after the completion of the game). You can also watch past days' archives by clicking the "Open Calendar" link & selecting an alternative date.

10. Can I access my subscription from any computer, anywhere at anytime?

Yes, subject to our blackout restrictions. As long as the computer meets the systems requirements and has high-speed Internet access, then you can log in with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at anytime.

11. Can I share my account with others?

No. Sharing of your username and password is strictly prohibited.

12. I am trying to access a game and I am getting an error message that I am already accessing the game - what do I do?

In rare cases, customers have forgotten to log out of their account on one computer and have tried to log in again on a separate computer. Since sharing of a single username and password is strictly prohibited and does not work, you will get an error message. If you receive such an error message, please contact Customer Support toll free in the U.S. at (866) 800-1275.

Either way works. You can log in first by clicking on Register | Login at the top or bottom of any page on MLB.com and then go to the game, or you can go directly to the game you would like to access through the Multimedia Guide. Once you click on the link to the game of your choice, you will be prompted to log in.
