No division has a better crop of starting pitching prospects than the NL Central, which features five starters in the top 50, including Cardinals right-hander Shelby Miller at No. 5 overall.
Two top prospects, 20-year-old Jacob Turner and left-hander Drew Smyly, are among the pitchers heading to Spring Training with a shot at the fifth slot in the Detroit Tigers' rotation.
