The Major League Baseball Umpire Camps offer umpires at all levels the chance of a lifetime by providing the services and expertise from the best umpire evaluators in the world and current Major League Baseball umpires. In addition, Minor League Baseball Umpire Development supervisors bring their expertise to round out this fantastic staff. Whether you want to improve your skills at the amateur level or you aspire to become a professional umpire, the 2016 Major League Baseball Umpire Camps offer everything you are looking for!

At the Major League Baseball Umpire Camps, you will improve your plate work, improve your positioning for plays on the bases and strengthen your situation management skills. Attendees will also receive conditioning, nutritional, equipment and safety instruction.

If you are looking to umpire professionally, each camp serves as a prospecting clinic! Thirty-five attendees from last year's clinics went on (at no cost) to the MLB Professional Mini-Camp in Ft. Myers, Fla., in December. Ten of the Ft. Myers attendees in 2015 advanced on MLB scholarships to the two professional umpire schools this past January, and all are beginning their professional careers in 2016. Additionally, over 100 attendees of MLB Umpire Camps have gone on to work in professional baseball since 2006.

No matter your experience level, attending a Major League Baseball Umpire Camp is a great chance for umpires and prospective umpires to learn how the "Big Leagues" do it!
