This "Bring Dad To The World Series®" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is valid only for the MLB® 2008 World Series® championship (game, date, time and location to be determined by Major League Baseball game play).This promotion is open to legal U.S residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington D.C. where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority). The decisions of the Judges, VAN WAGNER SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT (hereafter the "Judges") are final and legally binding in all Sweepstakes related matters. GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL BASED ON THE TRAVEL PLANS AS SOLELY ARRANGED BY THE SPONSOR.

1) HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Sweepstakes starts at 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Friday, June 6, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 (Promotion Period). To enter, visit champssports.com/dad and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes on MLB.com. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes registration will require submission of your name, complete mailing address (including zip code), telephone number, email address and date of birth. LIMIT: One entry per person over the Promotion Period. Foot Locker Retail, Inc d/b/a Champs Sports (hereafter "Sponsor"), Judges and the MLB Entities (as defined in Section 4 below) are not responsible for incorrect, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected entries, mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor and/or MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.

2) Drawings & Winner Selection: A random Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on or about Thursday, June 26, 2008 from among all valid entries received. The Sweepstakes drawings will be under the control of the Judges whose decisions shall be final and legally binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes. The potential Winner will be notified via email, mail or express mail as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Failure to reply to such prize notification within seven (7) days of issuance to claim prize, will disqualify the entrant and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

3) PRIZE: Only the prize described below will be awarded in this promotion.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for Two (2) to one (1) 2008 MLB® World Series® championship game.

The prize includes the following:
  • Roundtrip (coach class) air transportation tickets for two (2) from winners nearest major airport to the host city of the 2008 MLB® World Series®. Flight schedules will be determined solely by Sponsor and are dependent on the number of games played and location of the World Series® championship.
  • Two (2) Game Tickets to one (1) 2008 MLB® World Series® championship game. Game date and seat locations at such game will be determined solely by Sponsor.
  • One (1) night hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy). The designated hotel will be determined solely by the Sponsor and is dependent on the location of the World Series game.
  • Ground transfers to and from designated hotel and the game.
Total approximate Retail Value $2,500 (value may vary depending on point and time of departures, and destination. All travel to be booked by Sponsor's designated travel agent. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, an alternate Grand Prize winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Winner and guest must travel on the same dates and on the same itinerary as solely determined by the Sponsor. Winner and guest must have proper identification documents as may be required by airlines in order to travel. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if the winner lives within a reasonable driving distance, as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional compensation in such event. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically listed herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole obligation of the winner. Seat locations at the 2008 MLB® World Series® championship game will be selected by Sponsor and/or the applicable MLB Entities in their sole and absolute discretion. Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the MLB game tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. The MLB Entities and Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

PRIZE NOTE:
Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions as necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control. If the prize or prize notification is returned as declined, unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her rights to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize is non-transferable by winner. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), and the reporting consequences thereof. Any winner of a prize valued at $600 or more will be issued a 1099 Tax Reporting form at the end of the year. Potential winner (and/or parent/legal guardian) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and where legal a Publicity Release and W-9 Tax Payer Identification form (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). If a winner fails to return the executed Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

4) CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Prize will be awarded only if the potential winner complies with these Official Rules. The winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and any liability which might arise from redeeming, or seeking to redeem, or from use, misuse, acceptance or possession of said prize or from participation in prize-related activities. By accepting a prize, the potential winner agrees to release Sponsor, MLB Entities, VAN WAGNER SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agents, including but not limited to advertising and promotion agencies,( the "Promotion Entities") from any and all liability of any kind arising from or in connection with any prize, and acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to waive any and all claims against the Promotion Entities and each of their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize. Participants agree to allow Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective designees to use their names and likenesses in any and all media now or hereafter known for advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without any additional consideration or compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities.

5) ELIGIBILITY: Participation open to legal U.S residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington D.C. where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Promotion Entities and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

6) PRIVACY: By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Sponsor's use of his or her personal information as described in the Website's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") located at: www.mlb.com/privacy..

7) CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND/OR THE APPLICABLE MLB ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8) Limitations of Liability: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor may select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the termination.
