I. Eligibility: The Verizon Suite Summer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of August 3, 2009. Void outside New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania and where restricted or prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Verizon Services Corporation ("Sponsor"), Fulfillment Systems, Inc, the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries & affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
II. How To Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 3, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2009 ("Entry Period"). There are two (2) separate and distinct drawings (each a, "Drawing") in the Sweepstakes: the Grand Prize Drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing") and the Luncheon Prize Drawing (the "Luncheon Prize Drawing"). No entry submitted during one Drawing will constitute an eligible entry for the other Drawing. Each Drawing will be a separate Drawing and the outcome of one Drawing will not affect the outcome of the other Drawing. The Grand Prize winner is not eligible to win the Luncheon Prize.

By successfully transmitting a completed online Grand Prize Drawing entry form (the "Grand Prize Drawing Entry Form") as directed, you will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing. All information submitted via the Grand Prize Drawing Entry Form is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Phillies.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/phi/help/phi_help_about_terms.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/phi/help/phi_help_about_privacy.jsp. You must fully complete and submit the Grand Prize Drawing Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants to the Grand Prize Drawing may be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from Sponsor, Phillies.com and/or MLB.com, and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails or mobile text messages and updates. By successfully transmitting a completed Luncheon Prize Drawing Entry Form as directed, you will be entered in the Luncheon Prize Drawing. You must fully complete and submit the Luncheon Prize Drawing Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. 2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter the Luncheon Prize Drawing online, you may enter the Luncheon Prize Drawing by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone numbers (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address (optional) on a 3"x5" postcard and mailing it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Verizon Marketing, Verizon, 180 Sheree Blvd, Suite 1400, Exton, PA 19341 Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2009 and received by Sponsor by September 5, 2009 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prizes: The potential winner of one (1) Grand Prize (described below) will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize Drawing entries received during the Entry Period (see Section IV below for more details). The potential winners of five (5) Luncheon Prizes (described below) will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Luncheon Prize Drawing entries received during the Entry Period (see Section IV below for more details). The Grand Prize winner is not eligible to win a Luncheon Prize.

Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes prize per person, family or household, which will be verified by address. ARV of all prizes is $3,625. All prizes are expressly limited to the items listed above and do not include any other accessories, services or additional expenses are included. Any difference between the actual cost and the approximate retail value will not be awarded. The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, and are not refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof, including cash) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, international and local taxes and assessments. The Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize.
Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Philadelphia Phillies, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner(s) and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner(s) and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.
IV. Winner Selection and Notification. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about September 3, 2009, from among all eligible Grand Prize Drawing entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. The Luncheon Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about September 7, 2009, from among all eligible Luncheon Prize Drawing entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning a Luncheon Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Luncheon Prize Drawing. Winner selection is under the supervision of MLBAM and Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.
Each potential Sweepstakes prize winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) using the contact information submitted on the online entry form, and will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity, within three (3) days of date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, any potential winner is found to be ineligible, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or such potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner(s) will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Each guest of the Grand Prize and Luncheon Prize winners will also be required to complete and return a Travel Companion release of liability and publicity (where legal) in order to attend the prize event, which must be returned within seven (7) days of notification and in all cases prior to entering the event.
V. General Conditions: By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By entering, each entrant agrees that Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible and will have no liability whatsoever for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to: any injury or damage to person or property which is part of or related to any prize; the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize; any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; or any technical malfunctions of, or non-authorized human intervention ("hacking") into, the entry system including computer online system, computer dating mechanism, software, or any combination thereof. Each winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsor, MLBAM and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor and the MLB Entities shall have no liability for any incomplete or late entries or entries not in compliance with these Official Rules, and such entries will be disqualified. Sponsor and/or MLBAM, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason including but not limited to a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other cause which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In such event, winners will be selected in a manner determined by Sponsor, deemed to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official rules. If due to a production or other error, more winning Official Game Notices are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended prize(s) will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified claims received. In no event will sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Notice of such action will be posted at www.noplacelikefios.com/phillies.
CAUTION: ANY PERSON(S) ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH OR DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON(S), AND SPONSOR AND MLBAM RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple Sweepstakes entries received from any person or e-mail address or household, only the first Sweepstakes entry received from such person or e-mail address or household will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

For a list of winners (available after September 3, 2009 for the Grand Prize and after September 7, 2009 for the Luncheon Prize), mail a request and self-addressed stamped envelope to: Verizon Marketing, Verizon, 180 Sheree Blvd, Suite 1400, Exton, PA 19341. Winners' list requests must be received by September 30, 2009.
