Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the sole opinion of Sponsor and MLBAM, as applicable, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor and MLBAM, as applicable, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), and randomly select the winner from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and MLBAM, as applicable, and will not be returned.

The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, The MLB Network, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 17, 2010 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, but sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value.

The prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email and will be required to respond to the phone call and/or email within 48 hours indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If no return call or email is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected. Any alternates selected will also be required to respond to the phone call or email within 48 hours. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within five (5) days of prize notification. Winner's guests must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to complete, sign and return a liability and publicity release within the same time period. In the event of noncompliance within any of these time periods, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

Employees, officers and directors, including the immediate families of such employees, officers and directors of the MLB Entities, Anheuser-Busch, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, individual retail licensees and any and all other companies associated with the sweepstakes are not eligible. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

Prize (1): A trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 2010 MLB® All-Star Game® (the "Game") in Anaheim, CA. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner's home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (two standard rooms), four (4) tickets for the State Farm Home Run Derby® ("Derby") scheduled to be held on July 12, 2010 and four (4) tickets to the MLB All-Star Game scheduled to be played on July 13, 2010. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, at a later date. Travel, accommodations and Game subject to availability and change. Major League Baseball game and exhibitions and event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., as applicable, and may be subject to change. Seating assignments at the Game and Derby are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner's responsibility. Prize does not include tickets to All-Star Sunday, All-Star Workout Day, MLB All-Star FanFest or any other event or exhibition during the 2010 MLB All-Star Week apart from the Game and Derby. If winner cannot take trip as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value: $4,800.00. Actual value depends on city/date/time of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes may govern in the event a legal game, exhibition or event, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and winner's guests agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guests who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, exhibition or event. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games, exhibitions or events.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold the MLB Entities, Anheuser-Busch, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
