PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotional Period begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/18/11 and ends at 4:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/11 (the "Promotional Period").

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will receive a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (the "Guests") to attend one (1) (the "Grand Prize") of three (3) MLB experiences. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Grand Prize Winner and/or any of his/her Guests who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, exhibition or event. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. All minor guests (if any) must be the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

DRAWINGS AND PRIZE NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 10/7/11 (the "Grand Prize Drawing") from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Each potential Weekly Prize Winner will be selected in random drawings conducted on or about the Weekly Period Drawing Date (as set forth in the chart above) (the "Weekly Prize Drawings") from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Period. Non-winning eligible entries from one Weekly Prize Drawing will not carry over into subsequent Weekly Prize Drawing. Drawings will be conducted by Arrowhead Promotion, an independent judging organization whose decisions with respect to the selection of winners are final. Each potential winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsor). In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such prize notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance a disqualification and prize forfeiture will result and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor, and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within three (3) days of the date of issuance. The Grand Prize Winner's Guests will be required to execute, have notarized and return a Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within three (3) days of the date of issuance. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Period. The Grand Prize Winner and each Weekly Prize Winner, by acceptance of a prize, grants to Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective designees the right to use and/or publicize such winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, statements, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION: By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Bayer HealthCare LLC, the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, professional advisors, representatives and advertising and promotion and public relation agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action and liabilities, injuries or damages of any kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the preparation for, or participation in, this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity related thereto.
