Chicago White Sox Postseason Refund/Credit Instructions for Unplayed Game

In the event the game indicated on the face hereof is not played, the price of this ticket will either credited to the account holder of record or refunded to the ticket holder as follows:

Season, Partial Season, Suite and Group Ticket Account Holders: marked "SEASON" on the ticket front. Amount paid for unplayed games will be AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED to your ticket account for the subsequent season unless you have elected the Refund Option located on the front of your postseason invoice. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY TO THE TICKET ACCOUNT HOLDER OF RECORD BY THE SAME METHOD AS THE POSTSEASON PAYMENT WAS MADE. DO NOT return tickets to the Chicago White Sox, as the bar codes on these tickets have been disabled, and these tickets have no value. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Office and through their Broadcast Partner's Offices - marked "MLB" on the front of the ticket will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed post-season games. MLB/Broadcast Partner's tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

Tickets issued through any of the Participating or Non-Participating Major League Clubs marked "CLUBS" on the front of the ticket will receive an automatic refund from the Club that issued the tickets. Club tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

Ticketmaster, Telephones and Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, over the telephone or via the Internet will receive a refund from Ticketmaster issued through a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase. The actual ticket will have no cash value. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees as well as Ticketmaster service charges are non-refundable.




Cincinnati Reds

Individual Game Purchase
Credit card ticket purchases, indicated by the word "CREDIT" printed on the front lower left corner of the ticket, purchased thru the Internet (reds.com or mlb.Com), Phone orders through Tickets.com, Great American Ball Park Ticket Windows or Reds administrative office, will be automatically refunded. The credit card account holder of record will be credited for the face value of the ticket and the per ticket convenience fee for any unplayed games. Per order processing/shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The actual tickets SHOULD NOT be returned for credit and will have no cash value. The Reds will not refund any tickets obtained from a secondary sale of the original purchased tickets.

Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Office, Broadcast Partner's Office, Major League Baseball Clubs and Season Tickets:

  1. Season Tickets - marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket will be automatically credited to the season account holder of record for any unplayed post-season games. Season tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

Detroit Tigers

Individual Game Purchase
Tigers.com Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase. The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Comerica Park Ticket Office Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased individual game tickets at Comerica Park must mail the entire ticket along with their name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number to: Detroit Tigers Ticket Services, Comerica Park, 2100 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48201. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. Please return tickets by DECEMBER 1, 2006. When returning via mail, tickets must be returned by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, or express packaging with tracking capability. The Tigers are not responsible for tickets mailed to Comerica Park and not received unless the ticket holder has proof of receipt by the Detroit Tigers.

WARNING: Tickets for the 2006 Division Series, League Championship Series and World Series are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. RAIN CHECK NOTICE
Retain possession of this RAIN CHECK and attached coupon until the game has been played. The RAIN CHECK and coupon are good only for this particular game. Should the game not be played or not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game under the Official Baseball Rule 4.10 after the ticket holder has been admitted to the park, this RAIN CHECK with the coupon attached will admit the ticket holder to a game on such rescheduled date or dates, if any, as may be announced in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball. No part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the ticket holder to use this RAIN CHECK and attached coupon on such rescheduled or resumed date or dates.

REFUND POLICY FOR UNPLAYED GAMES
In the event that the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the scheduled date set forth on the face of this ticket, a refund will be issued according to procedures and policies that the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball may announce in its sole discretion and as shall be set forth at www.worldseries.com.

TICKET REFUND/ACCOUNT CREDIT FOR UNPLAYED POSTSEASON GAMES:
Season Tickets: If the maximum number of postseason Dodger home games is not played in a postseason series, the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket handling fee and parking (if applicable), will automatically be credited to your account and applied to the following year's season invoice, unless you select the refund option on the front of your invoice. Refunds will only be issued to the season ticket holder of record and in the same method that the payment was made. Season tickets, which bear the word "SEASON" or "stadium club member" on the face, and bonus strips do not need to be returned. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.

MLB, Broadcast Partners, and Major League Club Tickets: Tickets issued by or received from MLB, Broadcast Partners, or other Major League Club tickets marked SEASON on the front of the ticket will receive automatic credit for any unplayed postseason games. The issuing entity will give the automatic refund. Each ticket will have no cash value and should NOT be returned to the Dodgers.

Dodger Stadium Box Office Purchases: Once a planned postseason game is not played ("unplayed game"), ticket holders who purchased individual game tickets at the Dodger Stadium Box Office may present the entire ticket for a full refund, including the handling fee, via the same method of payment at the Dodger Stadium Box Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Tickets for unplayed postseason games must be returned by NOVEMBER 30TH. Tickets may also be mailed certified return receipt to the address below.

Ticketmaster Outlets, Telephone and Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, over the telephone or via the Internet will receive a refund from Ticketmaster issued through either a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase or a refund check. The actual ticket will have no cash value. Tickets purchased at participating Ticketmaster outlets should be returned to the original point of purchase for a full refund, including the handling fee. Minnesota Twins

Individual Game Purchase
Large bags measuring OVER 16x16x8 are NOT allowed into the ballpark. All permitted bags including purses, briefcases, and diaper bags (smaller than 16x16x8) will be searched before entering the park. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time when entering the park. Per MLB guidelines, NO HARD SIDED coolers will be allowed. (Lil Oscar's, Coleman lunch style included).

Refund Instructions
In the event the game designated on the face hereof is not played, the amount printed on the face hereof will be refunded when this ticket is mailed to:

Refund requests must include name, address and daytime phone number and must be postmarked no later than November 30, 2006. Allow six to eight weeks for processing. The Minnesota Twins will not be responsible for tickets lost in transit. The Twins suggest tickets be mailed in a method which provides evidence of receipt. FAILURE TO CLAIM SAID REFUND BY NOVEMBER 30, 2006, WILL CONSTITUTE WAIVER OF ALL RIGHTS TO ANY REFUND, EXCHANGE AND/OR CREDIT.

PHONE AND WEB TICKETS - purchased through the Minnesota Twins marked PHONE/WEB on the front of the ticket will be automatically credited back to the account holder of record for any unplayed postseason games. Tickets issued by or received from MLB, Broadcast Partners or other Major League Club Tickets will receive an automatic refund credit payable to the original ticket purchaser or account holder of record.

Tickets may not be resold within 1500 feet from the physical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of law. Tickets may not be resold for more than 45% above the price printed on the face of the ticket, plus lawful taxes and common carrier charges and fees, if any ("common carrier charges and fees" means and includes reasonable and actual charges or fees charged by a common carrier for delivery of the ticket).
