Tickets for the 2009 Division Series, League Championship Series and World Series are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on game premises will be removed from the premises and prosecuted and could lose future rights to purchase tickets from this organization.

For tickets issued to Season and/or MiniPlan Account Holders (marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket), all monies received for unplayed games will be applied to the purchase of your season ticket account for the subsequent season unless a request for refund is received in writing from the ticket holder of record. Refunds will only be issued to the ticket holder of record by the same method as the Postseason payment was made (the exception would be payment by cash, those would receive a check). Do not return your tickets for unplayed games. These tickets will not be honored for refund at any location. Please allow 35 business days after the conclusion of Major League Baseball's World Series for refund processing. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Office and/or through Broadcast Partner's Offices (marked "MLB" on the front of the ticket) will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed Postseason games. MLB/Broadcast Partner's tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.
Tickets issued through any of the Participating and/or Non-Participating Major League Clubs (marked "CLUBS" on the front of the ticket) will receive an automatic refund from the Club that issued the tickets. Club tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.
SEASON TICKETS - marked SEASON on the front of the ticket. The value of all non-played games will automatically be credited toward the 2010 Season Ticket Package of the account holder indicated hereon. Tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and have NO cash value. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL AND BROADCAST PARTNER TICKETS - marked MLB on the front of the ticket will be automatically credited back to the account holder of record for any unplayed postseason games. MLB/Broadcast Partner's tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.
PARTICIPATING AND NON-PARTICIPATING MAJOR LEAGUE CLUBS - marked CLUB on the front of the ticket will be automatically refunded back to the Club that issued the ticket for any unplayed postseason games. Club tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.
PHONE AND WEB TICKETS - purchased through the Minnesota Twins marked PHONE/WEB on the front of the ticket will be automatically credited back to the account holder of record for any unplayed postseason games. Phone and Web tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS - marked INDIVIDUAL on the front of the ticket must be returned. Tickets for unplayed games must be presented for refund on or before December 1, 2009 by mail to:

LICENSEES: The amount paid for tickets for Unplayed Games will be AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED to the Licensee's Ticket Account for the 2010 season unless the Licensee does not enter into a new Ticket License for the 2010 Season prior to the processing of the refund or the Licensee elects the Refund Option set forth on the front of the Postseason invoice. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY TO THE LICENSEE OF RECORD VIA THE SAME METHOD AS THE POSTSEASON PAYMENT WAS MADE BY THE LICENSEE. DO NOT return tickets for Unplayed Games to the Yankees - these tickets have no cash value. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
MLB AND BROADCAST PARTNERS TICKETS ONLY: Tickets issued through MLB's office and through MLB's broadcast partners' offices - marked "MLB" on the front of the ticket - will receive an automatic credit from MLB for any Unplayed Games; such tickets SHOULD NOT be returned to the Yankees and have no cash value.
PARTICIPATING AND NON-PARTICIPATING MAJOR LEAGUE CLUBS ONLY: Tickets issued through any of the participating or non-participating Major League Clubs, other than the Yankees - marked "CLUBS" on the front of the ticket - will receive an automatic credit from the Major League Club that issued the tickets; such tickets SHOULD NOT be returned to the Yankees and have no cash value.
YANKEE STADIUM BOX OFFICE PURCHASES: Ticketholders who purchased individual game tickets at the Yankee Stadium Box Office may present the entire ticket for the Unplayed Game at the Yankee Stadium Box Office, during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) until Friday, November 20, 2009 for a full refund (including the handling fee) via the same method by which such ticket was purchased. After November 20, 2009, please follow the mailing instructions listed below.
If returning by mail, please include the entire ticket along with your name, address, email address (if available) and daytime telephone number to: New York Yankees, Yankee Stadium Ticket Office, One East 161st Street, Bronx, New York 10451. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN ONE YEAR FOLLOWING THE DATE ON WHICH THE UNPLAYED GAME WAS SCHEDULED TO BE PLAYED. Tickets must be returned by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested or express mail with a tracking capability. The Yankees are not responsible for tickets mailed to Yankee Stadium and not received unless proof of receipt by the Yankees can be provided. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
TICKETMASTER TELEPHONE AND INTERNET PURCHASES: Ticketholders who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, over the telephone or via the Internet, will receive a refund from Ticketmaster issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase or a refund check. The actual ticket will have no cash value.
STUBHUB PURCHASES: For any ticket for an UNPLAYED GAME purchased via StubHub, please refer to the StubHub.com user help section for details. The Yankees are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any ticket purchased via StubHub. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via StubHub should be directed to StubHub Customer Service at customerservice@stubhub.com.
Rangers Ticket Office Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased individual game tickets at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington must present the entire ticket at the Rangers Ticket Office or mail the entire ticket along with their name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number to: Texas Rangers Baseball, Attn: Ticket Office, 1000 Ballpark Way, Suite 400, Arlington, TX, 76011. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 1st OF THE YEAR IN WHICH THE TICKETS WOULD HAVE BEEN UTILIZED. If returning via mail, tickets must be returned by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, or express packaging, with tracking capability. The Rangers are not responsible for tickets mailed and not received unless the ticket account holder has proof of receipt by the Rangers. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Telephone and Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through the telephone or internet will automatically receive a refund issued through either a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase or a refund check. The actual ticket will have no cash value. Do not return your tickets for unplayed games. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees as well as service charges are non-refundable.
Season Tickets: If the maximum number of postseason Dodger home games are not played in a postseason series, the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket handling fee and parking (if applicable), will automatically be credited to your account and applied to the following year's season invoice, unless you select the refund option on the front of your invoice. Refunds will only be issued to the season ticket holder of record and in the same method that the payment was made. Season tickets, which bear the word "SEASON" on the face, and bonus strips do not need to be returned. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
MLB, Broadcast Partners, and Major League Club Tickets: Tickets issued by or received from MLB, Broadcast Partners, or other Major League Club tickets marked SEASON on the front of the ticket will receive automatic credit for any unplayed postseason games. The issuing entity will give the automatic refund. Each ticket will have no cash value and should NOT be returned to the Dodgers.
Cash Refund - In the event this game is not played a refund may be obtained by returning tickets no later than December 11, 2009 by either:
a. Mail to: The Phillies Ticket Office, One Citizens Bank Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148Tickets must be presented for refund.
The Phillies suggest tickets be mailed in a method which provides evidence of receipt.
Season Tickets - The season ticket holder of record will receive either an automatic refund or credit towards the season ticket customer's 2010 season account. REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO THE BEARER OF THIS TICKET UPON PRESENTATION.
Phone or Internet - Tickets purchased by phone or through the Internet will have a refund applied to the credit card used in the original ticket purchase.
Anyone purchasing this ticket from a source other than the Philadelphia Phillies must seek a refund through the party from whom the ticket was purchased. This ticket has no cash value.
Season Ticketholders purchasing their tickets for Post Season will have their account either automatically credited or refunded via payment method of purchase (cash payments will be issued check refunds). The tickets do not have to be returned and will have no cash value.
Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Office and through their Broadcast Partner's Offices - will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed Post Season games. MLB/Broadcast Partner's tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.
Tickets issued through any of the Participating or Non-Participating Major League Teams will receive an automatic refund from the Club that issued the tickets to the account holder of record. Team tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

Season Tickets - marked "SEASON" on the front of the tickets will be automatically credited to the season account holder of record for unplayed Postseason games. Season tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.
MLB - Tickets issued through the offices of Major League Baseball - marked "MLB" on the front of the tickets - will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed Postseason games. MLB tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and have no cash value.
Broadcast Partners' Tickets - Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Broadcast Partners - marked "BROADCAST" on the front of the tickets - will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed Postseason games. Broadcast Partners' Tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and have no cash value.
Club Tickets - Tickets issued through any of the Participating or Non-Participating Major League Clubs - marked "CLUBS" on the front of the tickets - will receive an automatic credit for unplayed games from the Club that issued the ticket. Club tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and have no cash value.
Phone and Web Tickets - marked "PHONE/WEB" on the front of the tickets HAVE NO REFUND VALUE. St. Louis Cardinals phone and web orders will be automatically credited for any unplayed games.
Individual Tickets - marked "INDIVIDUAL" on the front of the tickets on the front of the tickets HAVE NO REFUND VALUE. Orders will be automatically credited for any unplayed games.
