Cubs prospect Ronny Cedeno has kept his name among the Venezuelan Winter League postseason leaders in numerous offensive categories. The shortstop ranks first in triples (3), second in slugging percentage (.667) and extra-base hits (11) and fourth in runs scored (12). He is batting .317 with 10 RBIs while playing in all 18 postseason games for Tigres de Aragua.

The 23-year-old's best performance came on Jan. 21, when he went 4-for-4 with a double and two runs scored for the Tigres, who have a 2-0 lead over Navegantes del Magallanes in the best-of-seven championship series.

Cedeno is one of several players in the Cubs organization honing their skills in various Winter Leagues this offseason. Here's how the rest fared this week:

RHP Angel Guzman -- Guzman is 0-1 with a 1.17 ERA in two postseason starts for the Navegantes. He pitched three scoreless frames in his first outing and followed that by allowing one run on four hits over 4 2/3 innings.

Dominican Winter League
RHP Carlos Marmol -- Marmol (0-1) has been charged with six runs on six hits over 2 2/3 innings in two playoff appearances for Tigres del Licey, who trail Aguilas Cibaenas, 2-1, in the best-of-seven championship series.

RHP Roberto Novoa -- Novoa yielded two runs on four hits over 1 1/3 innings in two postseason appearances for the Tigres.

Mexican Pacific League
3B Casey McGehee -- The 24-year-old third baseman batted .255 (12-for-47) with four RBIs and six runs scored in 14 postseason games with Tomateros de Culiacan.

LHP Les Walrond -- In eight regular-season starts for Naranjeros de Hermosillo, Walrond went 5-2 with a 3.38 ERA. The 30-year-old southpaw has not pitched in the playoffs.
