JUPITER, Fla. -- All 81 Marlins home games in 2008 will be played at Dolphin Stadium after all.

Plans to switch a three-game series with the Mets, from July 28-30, to Puerto Rico officially were put aside Friday.

Now, instead of facing the Mets in San Juan, the games will be played in South Florida.

Until the matter was resolved, the Marlins withheld selling tickets for the late-July series. Now, those tickets are on sale.

Tickets for all Marlins home games are available at floridamarlins.com.

Several months ago, the Marlins were approached about possibly facing the Mets for three games at Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan.

The concept was initiated as part of Major League Baseball's global expansion. Had the series come off as planned in San Juan, the Marlins would have been playing regular-season home games outside of the United States for the first time.

The organization, however, is no stranger to Bithorn Stadium. In 2003-04, the Marlins traveled to Puerto Rico to face the then Montreal Expos.

In 2004, the Marlins were the home team in another MLB ballpark because of weather factors. With the state of Florida going through a rough span of hurricanes in September of that year, the Marlins were technically the home team against the Expos at U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago.

The Marlins were already in Chicago, finishing up a series with the Cubs at Wrigley Field. The White Sox at the time were on the road, and their stadium became the Marlins' home for two games.

Sanchez throws: Anibal Sanchez resumed his throwing routine Friday after experiencing some discomfort about two weeks ago.

Recovering from surgery to replace a torn labrum, the 23-year-old didn't feel right while throwing off the mound about two weeks ago. Last week, he had the shoulder checked out by Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala.

Put on a no-throw schedule for about two weeks, Sanchez threw off flat ground at 45 feet Friday.

"We'll see how I feel [Saturday]," he said.

If he feels fine, Sanchez is slated to throw again Sunday.

Sanchez probably won't be back before the All-Star break.

Uggla's power: Manager Fredi Gonzalez, in contemplating his lineup, is considering possibly dropping Dan Uggla down from the No. 2 spot to the middle of the order.

In 2007, Uggla belted 31 homers and drove in 88 runs, hitting mostly in the second slot.

If he is moved down, his approach would change in the fact that he would be counted on to be more of a run producer. Hanley Ramirez may either remain leading off, or he could be switched to third.

"I wouldn't have to worry about taking pitches if Hanley is stealing," Uggla said. "In the fourth or five spots, if there is a guy on, instead of worrying about getting him over, you try to drive him in. I think it will be a lot less of giving myself up.

"There just would be a lot more RBI opportunities. I had decent RBI numbers the past two years hitting in the two-hole. Hitting farther back in the order, I'll have the chance for more RBIs."

Ten signings: The Marlins signed 10 players in camp on Friday: pitchers Daniel Barone, Jesus Delgado, Josh Johnson, Scott Nestor, Rick Nolasco, Scott Olsen and Ross Wolf; outfielders Alejandro De Aza and Josh Willingham; and catcher Mike Rabelo.

Olsen and Willingham will each earn $405,000 this season. The others will earn the league minimum of $390,000.

Locking these players up was a given since they all are under club control.

Catching update: Time and performance will ultimately dictate how Rabelo and Matt Treanor split the catching duties.

Most likely Rabelo, a switch-hitter obtained from Detroit in December, will receive more playing time. But Gonzalez doesn't know yet how he will divide the position.

"Mike is a switch-hitter, but defensively they are probably pretty close," Gonzalez said of the differences between the two. "Right now I couldn't tell you how we are going to split it."

The Marlins like Rabelo's ability to take charge, and the team had an inside look on him this offseason. Before he was dealt to the Marlins, Rabelo played winter ball in the Dominican Republic. He was on the team managed by Carlos Tosca, Florida's bench coach.

Injury update: Nothing much has changed since the start of camp. Johnson, Sanchez and Henry Owens are not medically cleared.

All three threw off flat ground Friday.

Johnson likely will miss the entire season as he recovers from Tommy John elbow ligament replacement surgery. Owens, coming off shoulder surgery, is hopeful to return sometime during the year, though he isn't expected back before the All-Star break.

Up next: Full-squad workouts continue Saturday morning, beginning at about 10 a.m. ET at Roger Dean Stadium.
