Reds' bats power rain-shortened win
Freel drives in two during pivotal second inning

Reds at the plate: The Reds trailed 3-0 before scoring five runs in the bottom of the second. Joey Votto hit an RBI single, Jolbert Cabrera hit a two-run double to right-center field and Ryan Freel drove in two runs with a single before being thrown out at second. Paul Janish hit an RBI infield single in the fourth and Drew Anderson added an RBI single as well.
Indians at the plate: In a three-run second inning, Andy Marte hit a two-run double to center field. Two batters later, Aaron Herr hit an RBI double to left field. Reds on the mound: Starter Matt Belisle gave up three earned runs and three hits over two innings with one strikeout and a hit batsman. Josh Fogg pitched three innings and allowed one run and one hit with two walks and two strikeouts. Indians on the mound: Coming off an illness, starter Cliff Lee was limited to one scoreless inning and allowed one hit. Aaron Laffey gave up five earned runs and three hits over two-thirds of an inning.
