Host of non-roster Rays reassigned

Kennedy, Olmedo among those set to open season at Triple-A

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- The following non-roster players did not make the Rays' 25-man roster and will be reassigned to Triple-A Durham -- first baseman Chris Richard; outfielders Jon Weber and Ray Sadler; catcher Michel Hernandez; and infielders Adam Kennedy and Ray Olmedo.

All six of the players will accompany the team to Philadelphia, then begin the season at Triple-A Durham.
