Crisp placed on bereavement list
Royals outfielder to miss three games vs. Tampa Bay
KANSAS CITY -- Center fielder Coco Crisp was placed on the bereavement list Monday by the Royals and he will miss the team's three-game series at Tampa Bay.
Crisp was placed on the list because of the death of his great-grandmother. The Royals will announce a roster replacement for him before Tuesday night's game.
He has missed the last four games because of a sore shoulder.
