Victorino leaves game with illness
Center fielder pulled in the seventh with gastrointestinal issue
PHILADELPHIA -- Phillies center fielder Shane Victorino left Thursday's game against the Nationals in the seventh inning due to a gastrointestinal illness.
Victorino had been 0-for-3 before being lifted for pinch-hitter Raul Ibanez in the seventh.
Victorino entered this game with career highs in hits (168), doubles (37), triples (11) and walks (53). He is the only Major League player with a quadruple-double this season -- double-digits in doubles, triples, home runs and stolen bases.
