Yankees trio to appear on 'Letterman'
Jeter, Posada and Pettitte to be 'Late Show' guests Thursday
Approximately 24 hours after wrapping up the 27th World Series championship in franchise history, the Yankees will have a late-night feel on Thursday.
Shortstop Derek Jeter, catcher Jorge Posada and left-hander Andy Pettitte will all appear on "The Late Show with David Letterman" that night. The show airs at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS.
Each of them now has five World Series titles with the Yankees.
In addition, right-hander Joba Chamberlain will be on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," which starts at 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC.
