11/12/09 2:06 PM EST

NEW YORK -- Kevin Russo and Shelley Duncan have been selected to the Topps Triple-A All-Star Team, honored for their performances by the Topps Company of New York in conjunction with Minor League Baseball.

Russo, a 25-year-old second baseman, finished third in the International League with a .326 average this season, adding 18 doubles, five homers and 31 RBIs in 90 games for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

A 20th-round selection in 2006 from Baylor University, Russo was successful in 13 of 20 steal attempts and scored 51 runs.

Duncan, a 30-year-old outfielder, earned International League MVP honors after batting .277 with 30 home runs and 99 RBIs for the Northern Division champions.

The slugger led the International League in runs scored (85), home runs, RBIs and extra-base hits (61), ranking second in slugging percentage (.546) while breaking his own league home run record.

A second-round selection in 2001 from the University of Arizona, Duncan served two stints with the Yankees this year, collecting three hits in 15 at-bats with an RBI.

The Topps Double-A All-Stars will be announced on Wednesday, followed by Class A on Nov. 25 and short-season/rookie ball on Dec. 2.
