ARLINGTON -- The one constant in the Rangers organization is change, and 2009 saw potentially the biggest change of all.As the memorable year came to a close, Rangers owner Tom Hicks announced this month that he was entering into exclusive negotiations with a group headed by Chuck Greenberg and Nolan Ryan to buy the club.
