Dodgers ink Knoedler to Minor League deal
Catcher last played for Giants in 2006
LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers on Monday signed catcher Justin Knoedler to a Minor League contract with an invitation to Major League camp.
Knoedler, 29, made three cameo Major League appearances for the San Francisco Giants for a total of 14 games, most recently in 2006. He played in Triple-A for Oakland in 2008 and split last year at Triple-A for Florida and the White Sox.
