LOS ANGELES -- Infielder Russell Mitchell, outrighted to Triple-A Albuquerque last week, received an invitation to the Dodgers' Major League Spring Training camp.

Mitchell, 27, was moved off the big league roster to make room for the free-agent signing of reliever Todd Coffey.

Mitchell, drafted in 2003, had two brief callups last year before undergoing surgery for torn cartilage in his left wrist.
