FLUSHING, N.Y., May 18, 2012 – The New York Mets today announced Gloria Estefan, Ricardo Arjona, Juanes, Alejandro Sanz, Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Paulina Rubio, Prince Royce, Jenny Rivera, Tito El Bambino, Toño Rosario, Plan B, Silvestre Dangond, Secreto and more Latin music superstars will headline the Megaton Mundial de Polito Vega presented by Felix Cabrera and SBS Entertainment Saturday, July 14 at Citi Field. The show will begin at 5:30 p.m. rain or shine.

 
Tickets to go on sale this Monday, May 21 at 10:00 a.m. online at Tickets.com, by phone at (718) 507-TIXX and at the Citi Field Ticket Windows. Tickets start at $49 dollars and are subject to additional per ticket service charges. There is a limit of 12 tickets per order.
 
This historic show marks the first time the top Latin music artists from pop, bachata, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, banda and vallenato will share the stage for one night honoring the “King of Radio” Polito Vega. Vega has been instrumental in maintaining “Mega 97.9FM” & “La Nueva 93.1FM, la Variedad de NY” as the top Spanish radio stations in New York for more than 53 years. The 71-year-old Puerto Rican famous for his catch phrases like “moving, moving, moving” is a legend in Latin music to both fans and artists alike.
 
The ensemble of artists coming together for the Megaton Mundial de Polito Vega together have sold more than 225 million albums and their music has been on top of the music charts across the world.
