Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, from the MTV shows "Jersey Shore" and "Snooki & JWOWW," will visit New York's Citi Field on Monday night before the Mets host the Nationals.

Polizzi, a Mets fan, will come with her fiancé, Jionni LaValle, to tape segments for an upcoming MLB.com original program, which will debut nationally in August.
