Tigers to honor 1968 World Series champions
The Detroit Tigers will celebrate one of the most beloved teams in club history Saturday, May 25, when they pay tribute to the 1968 World Series Champion Tigers at Comerica Park. The Tigers will host the Minnesota Twins at 4:05 p.m. and fans are encouraged to arrive early to be in their seats to enjoy the pre-game festivities. Gates open at 2:00 p.m.

Tigers versus Royals game to be made up on August 16
The Tigers and Royals game that was originally scheduled to be played on April 23 and postponed by rain will be made up at 1:08 p.m. on Friday, August 16 as part of a split doubleheader. The makeup game will be followed by the regularly scheduled game against the Royals at 7:08 p.m.
