LOS ANGELES -- Dodger manager Grady Little will take part in an eBay auction to benefit Communities in Schools, the nation's leading dropout prevention network helping kids succeed in school and in life.
The auction will take place on eBay Feb. 9-11. The winner and up to three friends will get to have lunch with Little and receive four tickets to a Dodger game in the National League city of their choice during the 2007 season (playoffs not included). Travel arrangements for this experience are the responsibility of the winner.
Other notable figures who are donating an experience through an eBay auction to support Communities in Schools include Meryl Streep, Patti LaBelle, Ted Danson, Jessica Biel, Cal Ripken, Jr., and Richard Petty.
