Padres announce July Dollar Days
Fans can get $1 hot dogs, $1 soft drinks and $1 off all beer at PETCO Park for July home games

SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Padres will announce July Dollar Days immediately prior to the Seventh Inning Stretch during this afternoon's Padres-Twins game (12:35 p.m. start) at PETCO Park. Channel 4 San Diego color analyst Mark Grant will make the in-ballpark announcement. The offer, valid for every Padres July home game, includes:
• $1 hot dogs - both the Friar Frank and Veggie Dog
• $1 soft drinks - regular size
• $1 off all beer sold at PETCO Park
"We are excited about this program, which is based in part on input from our fans," said Padres CEO Sandy Alderson. "We hope July Dollar Days will provide some relief to all our fans from higher gas prices and the current overall economy."
The offer is open to all fans, including Padres Season Ticket Holders.
The Padres are home the following dates next month: July 7, 8 and 9 vs. Florida Marlins; July 11, 12 and 13 vs. Atlanta Braves; and July 28, 29 and 30 vs. Arizona Diamondbacks.
July is National Hot Dog Month according to the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council. The group estimates that 155 million hot dogs will be consumed during the July Fourth weekend.
