Three Minor League players suspended
tickets for any Major League Baseball game

The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that three Minor League players have received 50-game suspensions after each tested positive for a performance-enhancing substance in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

• Pitcher Justo Arias of the New York Yankees organization (Dominican Summer League). Arias tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol.
• Pitcher Rafael Martinez of the New York Yankees organization (Dominican Summer League). Martinez tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol.
• Pitcher Jhon Rodriguez of the Chicago Cubs organization (Dominican Summer League). Rodriguez tested positive for metabolites of Nandrolone.

The suspensions of Arias, Martinez and Rodriguez will be effective at the start of next season.
