Biggio was hitting .275 (60-for-218) with eight homers and 26 RBIs through Sunday's game with the Blue Jays. After hitting .300 in May, Biggio was batting .229 in his first 10 games in June.
Jeff Bagwell, who is not able to play due to right shoulder surgery, ranks fourth among first basemen in All-Star balloting. Bagwell trails the Cardinals' Albert Pujols, the Cubs' Derrek Lee and the Mets' Doug Mientkiewicz.
All-Star balloting continues at Minute Maid Park through Wednesday, June 22. Fans can cast their votes for starters up to 25 times with the Ameriquest 2005 All-Star Online Ballot at MLB.com and all 30 club sites. Online balloting ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30.
