Twins Minor Leaguer Gallant Suspended

          The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Minnesota Twins Minor League pitcher Dallas Gallant has received a 50-game suspension without pay after testing positive for an Amphetamine in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

          The suspension of Gallant, who is currently on the roster of Single-A Cedar Rapids of the Midwest League, will be effective at the start of the 2014 season.
