Giambi derails Subway sweep
Braden Looper and the Mets were three outs from their first sweep of the Yankees in the Bronx. Unfortunately, they didn't get those outs as Jason Giambi's two-run single caused the Mets to settle for a series win. Starter Kris Benson was solid, going six-plus innings and allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits.
