Jaret Wright shut out Philadelphia for the five innings he was on the mound, and four relivers finished the job as the Yankees blanked the Phillies to win the series finale. Wright helped his own cause with an RBI sacrifice fly in the fifth to score the first run of the game.

Left-hander Cole Hamels threw a solid seven innings at the Yankees -- giving up just two runs on six hits with six strikeouts -- but the Phillies were able to collect just three hits against Jaret Wright and a quartet of Yankees relievers in the shutout loss.
