Hill can't cool off Boston
Looking to salvage the series finale at Fenway Park, the Nationals were hoping for a strong performance from Shawn Hill, but the young right-hander yielded eight runs on 12 hits over 5 2/3 innings, and Washington couldn't recover. Alfonso Soriano, Robert Fick and Damian Jackson each collected an RBI for the visitors.
