Twins hang on to block Rays
Rays edged at the Dome
Greg Norton hit a two-run homer in the third and Travis Lee hit a solo shot in the sixth, but it wasn't enough to beat the Twins in the series opener at the Metrodome. Rays starter Tim Corcoran gave up four runs on seven hits with two walks in six innings.
