After a promising weekend of starting pitching, Odalis Perez was unable to get through two innings as the Royals began a nine-game road trip Monday night with a loss to Toronto. The veteran left-hander lasted just 1 1/3 innings, allowing four runs and seven hits, and he is now 0-2 with a 10.80 ERA this season.
