Tim Lincecum labored through his highly anticipated Major League debut, churning through 100 pitches in 4 1/3 innings while giving up two homers, but he didn't factor into the decision. Omar Vizquel became the 83rd player to tally 2,500 hits with an RBI double in the second inning.
