Lefty John Koronka allowed 10 hits and six runs in 5 1/3 innings to take the loss upon his recall from Triple-A Oklahoma. He didn't get much support, as the Rangers struggled against A's starter Dan Haren, managing only four hits and a run in his eight innings.
