A's hitting woes continue
The A's hitting struggles continued, as the club could not give starter Chad Gaudin enough support. Gaudin went six innings, allowing only three runs on six hits while striking out four. The A's were led offensively by Dan Johnson, who went 2-for-4 with an RBI in the losing effort.
