Rookie starter Matt Chico had his best outing of the season, tossing six shutout innings, but it wasn't enough for the Nationals to avoid their fourth straight loss. Reliever Jon Rauch loaded the bases in the ninth inning and gave up the winning run on a Jose Bautista sacrifice fly.
