Ken Griffey Jr. hit his 22nd homer of the season, a three-run shot, in the third inning on Sunday. Brandon Phillips' two-run homer preceded Junior's, and David Ross' solo shot came later. Still, the six runs generated by those long balls were not enough on this day.
