Chad Billingsley threw his first career complete game, allowing five hits, while improving to 7-0 on the year. Billingsley got plenty of support, as Jeff Kent went 4-for-4 and fellow former Astro Luis Gonzalez drove in three runs. Rafael Furcal scored twice, and James Loney hit a three-run homer.
Luke Scott was the only player to solve Chad Billingsley, going 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in the ninth. The rest of the Astros combined for three singles, and Chris Sampson took the loss after allowing four runs in five frames.
