Giants 7, Cardinals 4
Tim Lincecum recorded double-digit strikeouts for the third time. (Ben Margot/AP)
Rookie outfielder John Bowker clubbed his second homer in as many big league games, becoming the first San Francisco Giant to accomplish that feat. His long ball came in a five-run inning that helped make a winner of 23-year-old Tim Lincecum, who struck out 11 batters and contributed an RBI single to his own cause.
