Looking to redeem himself after going just 3 2/3 innings in his last start, James Shields put up a masterful performance, allowing just one hit in a complete-game shutout. The Rays faced a tough pitcher of their own in Jon Garland, but Evan Longoria connected off reliever Justin Speier for a two-run homer and walk-off win.
