The good news for the Yankees was the return of Alex Rodriguez, who belted a two-run homer. The bad news? Mike Mussina gave up seven runs (one earned) in two-thirds of an inning, and Derek Jeter left after being hit by a pitch, though he's listed as day-to-day.
