Another big inning
Photos
Rangers 13, Indians 9
Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit his first career grand slam. (Tony Dejak/AP)
The Rangers jumped out early and never looked back to win their third straight and get back to .500. David Murphy doubled in three runs in the first inning, and Jarrod Saltalamacchia's first career grand slam fueled a seven-run third inning. Every Texas starter had at least one hit and scored one run.
