The Royals sleeping offense finally woke up, scoring eight runs on 16 hits, and Zack Greinke limited the Twins to three runs in eight innings, but the bullpen couldn't hold a five-run lead in the ninth, then allowed a go-ahead home run in the 10th. The loss was the Royals' 10th in a row.
