Joe Maddon didn't think Wednesday's Akinori Iwamura-Coco Crisp incident would carry over into Thursday, but he was wrong. After taking a James Shields pitch to the leg, Crisp charged Shields, who threw a punch, igniting a melee that resulted in three ejections. The lineup was not as aggressive, held to one run.
