In victory, the Sox staged their own version of "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly." The good? Manny Ramirez knocked in five runs, and Jon Lester allowed one run on eight hits. The bad? Jacoby Ellsbury and Ramirez exited with injuries. The ugly? The fracas sparked when Coco Crisp charged the mound after being hit by a pitch.
