Joba Chamberlain threw 78 pitches in 4 1/3 innings, giving up three runs on five hits, and winner Dan Giese allowed no hits in 2 2/3. Bobby Abreu drove in three, including a first-inning two-run homer, and Jason Giambi's solo shot put the Yanks ahead in the sixth. A-Rod's two-run double provided insurance in the seventh.
