The night should have belonged to Dustin Pedroia, who went 4-for-5 with two doubles, a triple and a homer. Instead, Wednesday's game will be remembered for a seventh inning in which two relievers combined to allow six runs without recording an out, leading to Boston's sixth straight loss in Tampa Bay.
