Brewers strike first
Photos
Brewers 6, Cardinals 3
Rickie Weeks meets Jason Kendall after homering in the fifth. (Jeff Roberson/AP)
The Brewers didn't let a tough ninth inning get them down. Bill Hall led off the 10th with a homer and the Brewers tacked on two more to take the opener against the rival Cards. Rickie Weeks homered as well, socking a three-run shot in the fifth.
