Chris Davis' three-run shot in the sixth gave the Rangers their first lead in a pitchers' duel between Vicente Padilla and Armando Galarraga, but Texas' joy quickly disappeared as the Tigers struck right back to take the lead on Matt Joyce's three-run homer before adding six more runs.
